No full or partial withdrawals of the invested funds when there are open trade orders except for profit withdrawals.
Therefore withdrawal requests will be denied when there is at least 1 (one) open trade order, since this a part of the trading strategy.
Profit withdrawals will be honored no matter how many open trade orders are there.
Only funds that are invested in full for every 12 consecutively months (meaning no withdrawals in this period) will be generating a guaranteed profit. Profit is not guaranteed for investment shorter than 12 consecutively months.
If however in common cases after each 12 consecutive months period the balance is less than the amount invested, you will be compensated for the difference + 5% of the initial amount invested.
Note that the 12 consecutively months period starts with the month when the fund was invested and ends after 12 months. If this fund is not withdraw after these 12 months, the count of the 12 consecutively months period will start over again.
